I became fully licensed as a therapist in Pennsylvania in 2019 and moved to Texas in 2021, transferring my license when I relocated from Pittsburgh to The Woodlands.

Since becoming licensed, I’ve earned certification as a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and specialize in trauma-informed care and PTSD, as well as Reactive Attachment, anxiety, life transitions, and grief/loss. I’ve worked in a wide range of settings—crisis intervention, structured outpatient programs, school-based services, and wraparound support—which has helped me connect with people going through all kinds of struggles and changes in life.

In my work, I always take into account the systems and environments people are part of. I believe healing looks different for everyone, and I aim to meet you exactly where you are. I create a safe, non-judgmental space and use a mix of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Trauma-Focused Therapy, and psychoeducation when working with teens and adults. My goal is to help you feel heard, work through the hard stuff, and move forward with tools that actually make a difference.

In addition to therapy, I’m also a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor and provide training and supervision for LPC-Associates. I love supporting newer clinicians as they grow their skills and build confidence in the field.

I also offer PTSD evaluations using the Clinician-Administered PTSD Scale (CAPS). These two-hour sessions provide an in-depth, evidence-based look at trauma symptoms and severity. It’s a structured process that helps clarify what’s going on and gives a solid foundation for treatment planning.
